We have an amazing client who is the CEO of a media and investment company on the Westside of Los Angeles.
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support him. This role is ideal for a poised, humble, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-moving, high-profile environments while keeping a grounded, kind, and thoughtful approach.

Responsibilities:
Provide seamless executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
Anticipate needs and handle confidential matters with discretion and grace.
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders.
Coordinate across multiple companies and projects in media, entertainment, and investment.
Maintain organization and efficiency in an environment with competing priorities.

Ideal Candidate:

Naturally humble, kind, and professional — able to bring warmth and composure to every interaction
Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable with excellent judgment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex schedules and logistics.

Experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in media, entertainment, or investment.
