Part Time Housekeeper who is Excellent with Laundry Needed


Location: Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles

Schedule: 2 days per week (ideally spaced apart: Mon Thurs or Tues Fri — one weekend day is fine)

Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm or 10:00am–6:00pm

Compensation: Excellent hourly pay plus paid time off

Our wonderful client, a single lady based in Laurel Canyon, is seeking an experienced part-time Housekeeper with exceptional laundry skills. The home is approximately 3,000 sq. ft., and while much of the wardrobe is dry cleaned, special care is needed for pajamas, sheets, and casual clothing. Attention to fabrics, steaming skills, and a keen eye for detail are a must.
The ideal candidate will be pet friendly and comfortable caring for three small dogs and one cat, including learning to maintain an electronic litter box.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch housekeeping for a 3,000 sq. ft. home
• Handle laundry with special care, including delicate fabrics, steaming, and organization
• Coordinate with dry cleaners as needed
• Maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment (dogs plus cat)
• Flexibility to work when the client is traveling (hours will still be guaranteed)
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3plus years of housekeeping experience in a private home
• Strong laundry and fabric care skills (steaming, folding, organizing)
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy
• Comfortable with pets and pet-related tasks
• Positive, proactive, and reliable
