Dream job! This amazing family is seeking a warm, proactive Live-In Nanny to Household Assistant to join their family in Potrero, SF. In this role, you’ll care for their nearly one-year-old son, who is sleep-trained with steady naps, assist with minor childcare tasks, and independently manage household upkeep—tidying, doing laundry, restocking supplies, and keeping their home running smoothly. The schedule is flexible, generally from when the baby wakes until around 4 PM, though some mornings or afternoons may include family outings or activities, and occasional evenings or weekends may also be required. They are looking for someone intuitive, highly organized, and proactive, who notices what needs attention and steps in without being asked. English is required, and it is a bonus if you also speak Chinese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog Filipino. Experience in childcare and household management is a must, and they welcome both local and non-local candidates. Compensation ranges from $60,000–$80,000 year base, with an additional $10,000–$20,000 year for evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will thrive in a calm, supportive household, enjoy spending time with little ones, and take pride in keeping a home smooth, happy, and well cared-for, with an immediate start date.
