This darling family is looking for an experienced, loving career nanny who genuinely enjoys being with children and brings calm, positive energy into the home. The role primarily involves caring for identical 10-month-old twin boys, with the ability and confidence to care for all three children when needed, including their 5½-year-old brother. They are seeking someone highly responsible, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple young children. Their children are our top priority, and consistency, trust, and warmth matter deeply to them.
Travel is an important part to their family life, especially in the summer, when they travel for approximately 12 weeks. They are excited to find someone who enjoys traveling with a family, is flexible and adaptable, and sees new environments as a fun and enriching experience for children. Stamina, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive mindset are essential. The typical schedule is 8:00am–6:00pm Friday through Monday. They value creativity and curiosity — someone who enjoys planning age-appropriate activities, supporting early learning, and helping children thrive through new experiences. Clear communication, openness to feedback, and pride in keeping a clean, organized home are important to us. A genuine interest in child development and early education is a strong plus.
