Artist Assistant Needed

We are seeking an experienced Artist Assistant to be the right hand to a brilliant creative. Our client has an album cycle and tour coming up, and applicants must have recent experience working with a recording artist, including tour experience and managing public appearances where paparazzi are present.

Responsibilities include preparing green rooms, managing schedules, attending red carpets and shows, communicating with label and management, and providing full day-to-day support for the Principal. You will travel wherever the Principal travels.

The ideal candidate is mature, dedicated, and has a 24 7 mentality. You must be comfortable on the road, able to remain calm under high-pressure situations, anticipate needs, and work three steps ahead of the Principal. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can keep up without slowing down, with quiet professionalism, strong boundaries, and excellent judgment.
