EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO C-LEVEL FOUNDER | EL SEGUNDO, CA

A dynamic and visionary founder based in El Segundo seeks an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted right hand and operational partner. This is a rare opportunity to work in close proximity to a driven leader and become an integral part of a high-performing team.
The Role
This is not a typical EA position. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings not only impeccable organizational skills but also the emotional intelligence and discretion required at the highest levels of executive support. You will manage a complex calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle sensitive communications, and anticipate needs before they arise. The right person will take ownership of their role and bring calm, clarity, and efficiency to every interaction.

Responsibilities include:
Managing an active and ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones, coordinating seamless domestic and international travel arrangements, drafting and filtering high-level correspondence, preparing meeting briefings, agendas, and follow-up materials, serving as a professional liaison to board members, investors, clients, and staff, handling personal and professional matters with equal care and confidentiality, and supporting special projects and initiatives as needed.

The Ideal Candidate
You bring 7plus years of EA experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a founder-led or entrepreneurial organization. You are known for your discretion, loyalty, and the kind of long-term professional relationships that speak for themselves. You communicate with confidence and warmth, anticipate rather than react, and never miss a detail. A polished presence and professional maturity are essential. Strong references from long-term employers are required.
