Looking for the best plant based chef to work for the nicest young and traveling couple

*Must have at least 5 years experience as a private, in-home chef to be considered for this role*

We are helping the loveliest, young and fun couple find their top plant based (animal protein on the side for the Mr) chef. They love to entertain and are very social. They are a growing family, so please love kids! They go back and forth between the Hamptons and Florida. They are looking for someone who can work Tuesday – Saturday, serving plated lunches and dinners to them and 2 staff members. Once a week they host plated dinner parties. The home is completely gluten free, as there is an allergy. The Mr always wants an animal protein on the side, but no animal products to be used in the dishes. Please love farmers markets, local stores, reading up on the latest food trends and being creative. Please create weekly menus, but be flexible for last minute changes or additional people for dinner. This is a collaborative home, so you should be okay with the mr or mrs being in the kitchen with you at times.

This family is the nicest – they offer a free chef apartment in both locations and a car!! There might be 1-2 weeks per year that they travel internationally and would request that you travel with them. There are dogs in the home, so please be dog friendly.
