Full Time Family Assistant job in beautiful Mill Valley

This busy working family in Mill Valley is looking for a long-term Family Assistant to join their household. Both parents have very intense, fast-paced jobs, so they need someone dependable, organized, and proactive to help our home run smoothly. You’ll support their two active children after school, help with pickups, snacks, transitions, and driving to activities, and assist with household organization and small projects. You will also take on personal assistant tasks such as grocery shopping, managing the family calendar, and coordinating appointments. This is not a full-time nanny role—rather, they are looking for someone who can balance child support with household and family management responsibilities. They value someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and can bring calm and steady energy to a busy household Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm, salary is DOE, and full benefits package.
