An NYC-based startup is looking for a sharp, organized EA to support their founder CEO. You’ll be the operational backbone of how she moves through the world — managing time, logistics, communications, and projects with precision and judgment. You know what matters before being asked, and you build systems that don’t need to be explained twice.
Requirements:
• Pathologically organized and proactive
• Excellent communicator, professional, trustworthy and discreet
• Fluent in AI tools, Mac, Figma, and Google Workspace
• NYC-based, available in-person Monday–Friday
They offer:
• Salary of $70,000–$85,000 DOE
• Fully covered $0 deductible healthcare, vision to dental
• 401(k) with 5% match
