Entry level assistant needed for music producer

Our client is looking for a personal assistant house person that will do the following:
Make breakfast – clean the dishes
Eggs over easy and avocado
Make sure he hydrates during the day
Handle the meds – and supplements
Comfortable with a smart home
Handle the mail and packages that could be heavy
Handle the vendors through the house manager (filters need changing)
Keep up with the maintenance schedule
Communicate with office for travel
Book hotels
Book travel
Organize the pantry
Inventory
Part time or full time an hour on the books
