Looking for the most sophisticated NYC based 24 7 EA/PA

We are helping a very busy client find her right hand EA PA. You should have excellent taste, have contacts internationally to help book the hottest restaurants, self-starter and know how to hit the ground running. We are looking for the smartest, most saavy, well traveled assistant out there! This is a true, 24 7 role where you are the gatekeeper for this client. There is endless room for growth – you could one day be her chief of staff or help run her company…endless opportunities with her! You should know how to set up a residence prior to her arrival, have contacts in Europe, NYC, LA, FLA…you are the person that knows everyone everywhere!

Extra bonus points if you have experience being on set and truly love being in this supporting role!

This client has minimal staff – you will be the travel concierge. You are researching and booking flights, setting itineraries, etc. Please have experience doing this as she does not contract out a company for these things.

You will be hiring staff, overseeing them, working with contractors and designers…everything in her world will be overseen by you. You will be jetsetting all over with your client, so please be passport ready! Well spoken and well written are very important pieces of this role, as you will be her rep when she cannot be somewhere. You should be an excellent organizer, note taker and know how to get projects going…plus so much more!

All expenses will be covered while traveling, health insurance, 2 weeks pto. Salary is 150-200k based on experience.

NYC home base is required for the role
