Fabulous family assistant needed in Beverly Hills

Mom and Dad both have active professional lives and full social calendars, but they are incredibly hands-on parents who genuinely enjoy spending time with their children. They are not formal or stuffy and value warmth, flexibility, and a sense of humor. Family dinners together are important when everyone is home, and they would love to find someone who enjoys being part of a happy, energetic household.

The children are ages 5, 9, and 12 and are involved in club sports, school activities, homework, and all the moving pieces that come with a busy family life. Keeping everyone organized and helping the household stay one step ahead is a big part of this role.

The ideal candidate loves to cook healthy, family-friendly meals and enjoys creating order without creating stress. You’ll help manage school communications, keep track of sports schedules, assist with family calendars, run occasional errands, coordinate appointments, help with household projects, and jump in wherever needed. Some days you may be preparing dinner and organizing the week ahead; other days you may be picking up supplies, helping with a school form, or supporting a child who needs an extra hand.
