Expert Mediterranean chef needed in Beverly Hills

PRIVATE CHEF SPECIALIZING IN MIDDLE EASTERN FOOD WANTED IN BEVERLY HILLS July 22 -August 14

We are looking for a private chef that specializes in Middle Eastern food and hopefully that can speak Arabic

You should be able to cook for 13 people on a regular basis with occasional guests. The family loves Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on Lebanese, Syrian, Greek, Turkish Moroccan and Italian coastal dishes.
Family-style meals with occasional plated dinners (with help)
Most of the food prep should be done in a local commercial kitchen before arriving at the house. When the food arrives, they prefer the final prep (warming, grilling, tossing fresh salads and plating before serving
They prefer few odors in the home.
You will be in charge of Weekly menu planning,
Grocery shopping , and ingredient sourcing as well as
Kitchen clean up after dinner

You must have experience in private homes, with a strong background in Mediterranean cooking.
