Pacific Heights family hiring a House Manager

We’re excited to represent a wonderful new San Francisco client who is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet House Manager to support their high-net-worth private household. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in creating a beautifully maintained home, notices the little things, and naturally stays one step ahead. Responsibilities include Responsibilities includes all the housekeeping and organizing, managing laundry and wardrobe care, maintaining household inventory, coordinating vendors and service providers, overseeing appointments and maintenance, and handling errands and deliveries. The House Manager will also provide attentive daily care for two dogs, including feeding, walks, playtime, grooming, medications, and veterinary appointments. Travel support is an important part of the role, including packing and unpacking for domestic and international trips, preparing travel essentials, anticipating needs based on destination and itinerary, and ensuring the home is secure and fully prepared before departure and upon return. The ideal candidate has 3–5plus years of private household, estate management, or luxury hospitality experience, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, experience caring for dogs, and a proven ability to pack and prepare for high-net-worth individuals. They should be warm, resourceful, calm under pressure, technologically comfortable, and flexible with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
