This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is equally comfortable handling administrative responsibilities, running errands, and capturing simple, authentic social media content.

Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates with both personal executive assistant experience and social media experience. Both should be clearly reflected on your résumé.

This is not a content creator or influencer position. The principal already has a professional social media manager. The social media component simply involves capturing casual, day-to-day content on a phone and assisting with basic posting as directed. We’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting another person’s brand—not someone who is actively building their own public profile, pursuing influencing, or seeking a career as an on-camera personality.

Responsibilities include personal assistant duties such as scheduling, errands, shopping, returns, vendor coordination, organization, and general administrative support, along with helping capture simple, unedited content for the principal’s social media presence.
