Looking for the most detail oriented 24 7 PA in NYC!

We have a very saavy and sophisticated principal who wants NYC’s BEST and most discreet personal assistant. This is truly a no job too big or too small role. You have an extremely high EQ and see what needs to get done before the principal asks.
One day you could be walking the dog, calling for a car, setting up a coffee machine, emailing on their behalf, detailed research projects, liasing with attorneys and other public figures, or helping to design one of the principals homes. You will be in charge of planning high touch, intricate travel itineraries. You will fly ahead of the client to ensure all locations are set to the principals standard before they arrive. You will handle all visa and passport documentation that is required for every country. You should know how to ship cars and various itesm (ex: ship a racing bike to Switzerland). You will manage renovations in several homes all over the country and will be dealing with household staff from the various residences. You should have prior knowledge of fine art installation and how to move and care for art. You should have vast experience in how to transport a dog across various countries and what certifications are needed, etc. We need someone who can do any task and easily switch gears.
This job is home based in NYC, with travel all over the world..and frequently! You will be this client’s everything person, the gatekeeper to their world. You should have a zero gossip mindset, have excellent taste, know the best restaurants in NYC and London, have a rolodex so you can get reservations easily, etc. This is a 24 7, all in role with unlimited room for growth!
