Handy Houseman for a Beautiful Private Residence in Trousdale

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Houseman Handyman to support the smooth running of a family compound. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping a property in excellent condition.
Responsibilities include:
General household maintenance (light repairs, touch-ups, troubleshooting)
Deep cleaning of outdoor areas, patios, furniture, windows, and cars
Assisting with vendors, contractors, and deliveries
Managing household projects and keeping everything organized mainly outside
Heavy lifting, set-up, and seasonal tasks as needed
Possible painting (touch up)
Occasional driving or errand support

Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a private home, estate, or similar setting
Skilled with tools and confident handling minor repairs
Strong organizational habits and a proactive, can-do attitude
Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with excellent references
Ability to work well as part of a household team
