Our client is looking for the best person to manage their properties in Montecito. This their wish list!!
Leads our Santa Barbara county residences as one system (3 properties). Reports to our Chief of Staff. Direct reports: facilities and grounds, house manager housekeeping, culinary, plus construction PM and grounds marine vendors. Owns SOPs and service standards, preventive maintenance, capital projects and active construction, vendor selection, property budgets, and 24 7 emergency readiness. Needs real budget authority. 7plus years running multi-property private estates or equivalent luxury hospitality, hands-on, discreet, a strong systems builder. Asana proficiency. Tech savvy. Full-time, in person.
