A lovely, sophisticated woman in Holmby Hills is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who knows how to make life run smoothly. The husband is a former Ambassador to Norway, and they lead an active lifestyle with three residences, philanthropic commitments, and occasional travel.

She would love to find someone who is polished, resourceful, and genuinely enjoys being of service. This is a role for someone who has been around the block, knows the right people to call, can anticipate needs, and is comfortable wearing many hats. Responsibilities will include managing reservations and travel, overseeing household needs and vendors, assisting with personal errands, and providing general day-to-day support. Some days will be spent in the home, others in the office, and occasionally traveling with the couple.

A great driving record and comfort behind the wheel are essential, as they would love someone who can drive them to dinner, up to Montecito, or wherever the day takes them. They may also be welcoming a dog into the family!

The general schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 11 AM–7 8 PM, but flexibility is truly key. They are looking for someone whose lifestyle allows for occasional later evenings, travel, and schedule changes without much fuss.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned PA who enjoys a close working relationship with their principals and takes pride in making everything feel effortless.

Compensation starts at $120,000 with benefits, depending on experience. Prior experience supporting high-profile principals or private households is essential.
