2nd Assistant to high profile Tech CEO in West LA

Location: Remote/Bel Air, Los Angeles

Role: Second Assistant needed for high-profile technology CEO to provide world class support, building out a west coast hub for the company and ensuring that CEO has effective onsite support. Second Assistant will report to the Executive Assistant but work closely with the CEO and his reports.

Candidates must be professional, articulate, discrete, personable, flexible, and have excellent communication skills. Each day will bring a different set of experiences; candidates must be able to adapt quickly, know when to push and when to go with the flow.

What You’ll do:
Second Assistant responsibilities, including but not limited to:
● Liaise with the Executive Assistant to ensure both office and personal calendars are aligned
● Responsible for booking personal and home appointments
● Act as a liaison between CEO and onsite staff as required
● Manage onsite staff and vendors
○ Create/manage household calendar
○ Keep track of all household staff hours
○ Keep track of all vendor invoices
○ Process all invoices on behalf of household staff and vendors with business
○ Order supplies on behalf of housekeepers
● Arrange all domestic and international travel
○ Arrange hotel, vehicle and all dining reservations
○ Create all travel itineraries prior to departure and distribute to travelers and
● Assist with personal aircraft maintenance, training, cleaning and coordination with
● Manage household maintenance repairs and/or ensure all is working properly
● Create/plan/coordinate all personal events
● Manage gifting for friends and family
● Research projects and personal items for CEO
● Run personal errands as needed
● Ad hoc personal requests

What You’ll have:
● 3+ years of experience in Personal Assistant support
● B.A/B.S degree preferred
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
● Strong project management, prioritization and organization skills
● Proactive in anticipating, addressing and resolving potential challenges
● Excellent customer service and social skills
● Proficiency with Google suite products

Salary for this role is between 85-100k DOE + full health benefits.
