This incredible firm has been lead by our clients for 30+ years. They are a boutique company with big projects – they do architecture, landscape design and interiors. It’s an incredible group of tight knit employees who all bring their unique talents to the table. This company values curiosity, intelligence, hard work, excellent communication skills and the value of true team work. They are proud of the loyalty so many of their employees have shown, employing many for 10, 15, 20+ years!

Please have excellent written and oral communication skills. You are tech savvy and current on all MAC programs, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Filemaker – and if you don’t know all of those, can learn quickly. It would be great if you have a college degree, but it’s not a deal breaker as long as you have the skills they need. This is a fast paced environment of intellectuals, and they like to keep the culture of the office upbeat and curious.

You are excited to join a thriving company and live close enough to their West LA office where the commute will be reasonable. You will work with the office manager, and the Firm’s Principals, Monday-Friday in the office. The hours are around 9am-6pm, with flexibility to come earlier or stay late if needed on deadline.

We are looking for a special person who will be excited to learn, grow and commit to the firm – as they want to invest in you as well!

Salary is DOE based on experience and skills you bring to the table, 80-120k on up plus health insurance, and paid time off.
