Awesome Family Assistant Job

Amazing couple in Brentwood with a daughter in second grade is looking for a full-time Family Assistant. The schedule is roughly M-F from 10a-6p or 11am-7p. This is a great hybrid role for a super busy couple in the midst of a renovation/impending move. Think marketing, family calendaring, organization, gift buying/wrapping, stocking the house, running errands & more + getting to be with a super cute second grader after school! Mom is hands-on but can’t always be there so there will be afternoon school/activity runs, homework supervision + help with snacks & meal prep. Mom predicts about 80% assistant/house management work & 20% childcare. There’s also a big loveable dog who requires attention (not walking, but vet appointments etc … ) There are three older college-aged kids who also come into play — not from a childcare POV, but logistically.

Employer is happy to guarantee 40 hours and will also consider candidates who may want under that, i.e. 30-35 hours.

There are homes in Maui and NYC and opportunities for travel to both places if employee is a good swimmer and open to travel. If you are a candidate who can’t travel, that’s not a deal-breaker. Just let us know where you stand.
