They have a great start up environment and everyone at the company is excited to be there – it is infectious! You will be supporting the CEO with her day-to-day business functions and be the lead liaison for her entire life. All of the usual assistant duties apply such as rolling calls, scheduling, tracking content, thinking ahead and prioritizing for your boss will be included. Plus be ready for anything that might come your way!  You must have a college degree, thick skin, awesome attitude and at least three years on a desk supporting a busy executive in entertainment – hopefully, you are coming from a talent agency, PR or advertising firm. You are well versed and know all of the players in the industry and take pride in keeping up to date with news. Your writing skills are stellar, you can read a room, and you have drive and passion to work hard. This is a truly phenomenal opportunity! Salary is DOE, plus health benefits.
