Best Family Assistant Job for Busy Brentwood Family

Busy household seeks an educated (college degree) assistant nanny to add to their house team. Three children ages 9-13. Fully staffed moderately formal home. The ideal candidate is immensely organized, proactive, knows how to multi-task with ease and grace, can anticipate needs and operates 5 steps ahead, has sound judgment and makes smart decisions, and has a friendly, calm and professional demeanor. Looking for someone who can engage in sports activities, must know how to swim and love dogs. Must be able to pass a thorough background check and have a CA DL in good standing with a clean driving record. Must have experience working in a similar environment with multiple children in this age group. May be asked to travel with family during vacation time. This is a lovely, kind and generous family looking for someone who will join their family for the long term.

Responsibilities to include (but not limited to) driving, managing schedules to a family calendar, overseeing homework, arranging activities, overseeing backpacks and school notification, keeping children’s rooms organized, errands, shopping for household supplies, party and event planning, household administrative tasks and pet care.

The general schedule is M-F from noon to 8pm with flexibility to stay later if parents are out of the house. There’s a Nanny car provided for work plus hourly pay with fully benefits, commensurate with experience.
