Hybrid Personal Family and Household Assistant Position in Santa Monica

Seeking full-time House Manager/Personal Assistant for single-parent with two girls (14 and 7 years old), and one boy (11 years old). The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day upkeep of the household and manage residential staff to ensure a streamlined system for the family. They will demonstrate an ability to lead with business judgment and discernment and liaise with the Office of the CEO to keep the family calendar running smoothly. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm with a range from 40-50 hours per week, requiring the candidate to be flexible on occasion with start and end times based on immediate needs. There is a friendly dog in the house. West side candidates preferred. Must have 5 years of private home experience. The perfect candidate is educated, intelligent and refined. Family is looking to start someone asap. Salary DOE and there is medical insurance. Must be tech savvy and be able to do calendars and correspondence and be comfortable enough with kids to do pick ups and some childcare two afternoon/ evenings a week.
