Beverly Hills Fashionistas Need A Family Assistant!

Super CHIC & cool family in Beverly Hills needs a top-notch Family Assistant.  Mom owns multi-label showrooms and represents incredible designers.  This is a CREATIVE cool family!  There are two children who are 11 & 13, plus a very sweet pooch.  The family has a wonderful live-in nanny who has been with the family for years.  The nanny is lovely and terrific with the children, but lacks the tech skills necessary to keep this extremely busy and multi-faceted family completely organized.  There are all sorts of kid related activities to keep track of, a major family calendar, lots of travel, some researching (activities, vendors etc.), tutors coming in and out, and a house to manage.  The family assistant will also liaise daily with the staff in the showrooms to make sure everyone on the team stays on the same page.  We are looking for the most organized, can-do assistant to help keep this family running like a well-oiled machine.  Mom is super cool, but not necessarily wanting to be plugged in to technology all the time.  It’s going to take the right personality to get her preferences and run with them.  These are people who care deeply about correspondence as well, so their assistant must be able to appropriately represent the family in all their written communication.  The ideal candidate is college educated, knows all the hip stores, is polished and respectful.  Please let us know if we are describing  YOU!
