Beverly Hills House Manager Personal Assistant Opening

Our client is a lovely Lady in Beverly Hills with a gorgeous 6,000 square foot home. She is looking for help M-F from 9am to 6pm. She may text after hours or expect you to do some work on the weekend as events or issues arise, so please ONLY reach out if you are flexible in this regard. This is a MAC home, so tech proficiency on Apple devices is important. Candidates should also have strong writing skills and be able to format formal business letters and various correspondence. There are two Housekeepers on staff along with a Groundskeeper Driver. Our client is a producer with several projects in the works. Duties include heavy scheduling, organization of calendars and appointments, house management, and so much more. (A comprehensive JD will be shared prior to interview.) This home is comprised of a small tight-knit crew, so we are hoping to find for a candidate who will mesh well with others and enjoys working closely with a team. Pay is in the $90k-$125k range DOE with health insurance and paid time off.
