Accomplished individual seeking a smart, organized, multitasker that is wonderful at problem-solving. You will be in charge of her business and personal calendars. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, in a home office. You will manage scheduling, personal appointments, event planning, errands, travel and more. Please love dogs, she has 3! You have a service heart and really love helping people.
we need someone who listens well, and is so proactive. the hours will be 11-7 or 12-8
Please have a college degree, 5-10 plus years of experience, excellent references and be incredible on the computer, your middle name is tech savvy! You have a can do personality, you are proactive! Professional email and possible work with boards is so important! Financial planning with uhnw individuals is helpful too. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF Y OU HAVE NOT WORKED IN A HOME OFFICE!
Salary is $100,000 a year, plus PTO.
