C Level EA needed to support Multi Hyphenate Talent Manager and CEO

Accomplished Entrepreneur seeks a Chief of Staff, EA/PA, Jane of All Trades to manage his life. This CEO has various businesses, a busy family life and an appetite for the best of the best. The current COS is leaving after 15+ years to move home – she is leaving on a very positive note!

You must have at least 5-10 years of supporting a C-Level Executive, experience in the entertainment industry, fantastic references and a desire to truly take care of your boss. Previous experience chartering private planes, tracking down impossible gifts and concert tickets, an extensive Rolodex with access to the best contacts and venues and an accomplished track record of problem solving is essential here. You will manage every part of the spectrum here, executive to personal and must be comfortable with all aspects of this position.

This position offers fantastic health insurance and 80K salary, DOE.
