Calabasas and Palm Springs Experienced Estate Manager Needed

We are looking for an unflappable Estate Manager with high profile exposure who meets the following requirements: college educated, preferably with a hospitality/concierge background who has experience managing multiple large-scale properties. Candidates must also have multiple references and be able to pass a rigorous background & credit check. The ideal candidate offers 5-star service to both Principals and guests and should come armed with great vendor relationships and deep knowledge of property management. Duties include regular walk-throughs of two homes (Calabasas daily + Palm Springs, as needed), scheduling/supervising vendors, project management, pet care, maintaining/updating household manuals/guest books + inventories, stocking the home, carrying out seasonal routines/procedures, managing the grounds, overseeing staff, assisting with travel/event logistics & more. This is a position for an experienced (3 years plus) local Estate Manager with high profile exposure, a squeaky clean background, great references and a willingness to manage two properties.
