Calabasas Experienced Estate Manager Needed: We are looking for an unflappable Estate Manager with high profile exposure who meets the following requirements: college educated, preferably with a hospitality concierge background who has experience managing multiple large-scale properties. Candidates must also have multiple references and be able to pass a rigorous background to credit check. The ideal candidate offers 5-star service to both Principals and guests and should come armed with great vendor relationships and deep knowledge of property management. Duties include regular walk-throughs of two homes (Calabasas daily plus Palm Springs plus Santa Barbara, as needed), scheduling supervising vendors, project management, pet care, maintaining updating household manuals guest books plus inventories, stocking the home, carrying out seasonal routines procedures, managing the grounds, overseeing staff, assisting with travel event logistics to more. This is a position for an experienced (3 years plus) local Estate Manager with high profile exposure, a squeaky clean background, great references and a willingness to manage two properties.
