We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work out of a busy home office. This is the opportunity of a lifetime to work with one of the most successful entertainment executives. We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of industry experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (preferred, but must have 10 years experience in a support role), so that you are familiar with changing gears at the drop of a hat, and working in a busy environment. We would love to find someone with great administrative skills and who loves working in a support role and as part of a team. There is another EA/PA who you will be working hand in hand with, so you should feel very comfortable sharing projects, responsibilities and be a great communicator so that everyone knows status updates at all times.

Responsibilities are most typical assistant duties, including but are not limited to calendar management, rolling calls, email and phone correspondence, personal errands, and most importantly keeping this busy person on track. You should have excellent attention to detail and thick skin.
