We are looking for an ALL STAR Executive Assistant for a Tech CEO in Palo Alto. This company is growing at a rapid pace, and the CEO needs the support to join them on this wild ride.

You will be responsible for all calendar management, booking conferences, managing day to day responsibilities as well as being the gate keeper. The CEO has a Chief Of Staff who will be your partner in making sure that principal is taken care of. You should be able to switch gears at a moments notice, as well as be able to wear a variety of hats. In the start up world, no two days are the same!

College degree is required.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years full time experience working as an Executive Assistant to a C Level executive. Experience working in a start up is a bonus – we want someone who understands the culture of a young company!

Salary DOE: $100k plus gym membership, dry cleaning stipend and equity currently valued at $100k!
