Chef de Cuisine at hippest restaurant on the Westside

Chef De Cuisine or Executive Chef (title dependent on experience and fit):
– In charge of all things savory – we have a pastry chef!
– Must love a fast paced environment with lots of catering, to go and dine in
– must love simple food but using good technique, hand crafted and farmers market produce
– starting salary of 60-70k based on experience plus a bonus structure that nets around 5-8k per year. There’s also opportunity for big salary growth in coming years if it’s a good fit as we’d give them a portion of management fees which could amount to another 20-40k annually, but that’s if they look to be a long term fit.
