Chef needed full time (summer in Hamptons) and travel to two other residences on East Coast

We are looking for a TOP CHEF to work for a family of 5 in NYC, the Hamptons in the summer and occasionally their weekend home in New Jersey. You will be responsible for cooking 3 meals a day, for two kids and up to 5 adults (including two nannies.) During the summer season, there will be more dinner parties and entertaining.

Summer season is spent in the Hamptons, schedule will be 5 days a week – your days off will most likely be two consecutive days during the week (like Tues/Wed.)

The family resides on the UES in Manhattan, but also has a home in NJ. You should be flexible to cook at all three residences – depending on the season.

We are looking for a professional chef who has cooked at top NYC restaurants. Chef should also have experience cooking in homes for UHNW families.
