chef needed July 6 for dinner

Sweet elderly mom is coming to visit her daughter. She wants to have a nice dinner (loves French bistro!) She would like to have dinner for 6 people – in Benedict Canyon on July 6th. She loves French Bistro food – she loves mashed potatoes, and the only allergy is shellfish! She would like the chef to prepare a menu, buy the food and prepare it in the home in Benedict as well as clean and serve.
