Community Manager in Beverly Hills

$75-$100k DOE
 
Looking for a person to manage a neighborhood community in Beverly Hills. They will be the point person for all things in the neighborhood. It includes but is not limited to the following:
 
Managing the security for the neighborhood
Ensuring the neighborhood is compliant with any brush and tree clearances for fire trucks
Liaising with vendors/contractors/city for work needed in the neighborhood
Coordinating neighborhood events
Ensuring the families are kept up to date on key information
Weekly updates to the families
 
Must have strong and diplomatic communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Self-starter who works well independently
Most of the organizational work can be done remotely
