They are not vegan, but I would say, healthy and inquisitive, and up for everything healthy. They do not want to eat fish or meat anymore, and they do not want that crazy vegan pretend hamburger! the family would love a chef that wants to research and procure the best beans for a stew, the best fruits and veggies no matter where they come from – exciting meals with sourced products. They are dying for someone that would like to build or have built a great garden for organic food. You get the picture. 5 days of food cooked over 3 days. Probably Monday, Wednesday, Friday. This will be an amazing gig for someone that wants to be paid for every week they work whether the family is traveling or not. They live in Mar Vista and are ready to try your food!!
