We are looking for a High Level Gate Keeper to support and run the life of a creative and extremely successful businessman.

We are searching for someone who is well educated, hip (knows the coolest restaurants/shops/hotels), has a great eye for fashion, and showed loyalty with your previous employers. The ideal person has a unique finesse about them- impeccable manners and etiquette and understands what it means to truly take care of your boss.

This gentleman has a wonderful staff that you will be working with (read: must be a team player…there’s no “I” in “Team”!) He travels extensively, invests in wonderful entrepreneurial companies, and is always in the know of the next trend in all industries.

You must have graduated from a top tier university. Please do not apply if you do not have at least 5 years, full time experience working for a C level or High Net Worth individual in a Personal Assistant role.

You will not be tied to a desk, the majority of this position will be duties related to Personal Assistant duties (no job is too small: getting coffee, dry cleaning, Fed Ex-ing, etc.) We need someone who is not a clock watcher and can be checking emails and texts regardless of the time zone the client is traveling in.
