This amazing busy female principal is seeking her perfect Personal Assistant. The ideal personal assistant will be highly organized, exceptionally detailed, resourceful and be able to multitask and prioritize with efficiency and discretion. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and QuickBooks and Payroll experience is a nice to have. This position is full-time with flexibility to occasionally work after hours or weekends. Hybrid between family home in Woodside and working remotely.  Spanish speaking is a plus, but not mandatory. Salary is DOE, and competitive Benefits.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

• Managing principal and her children’s calendar
• Communicating with the nanny’s the children’s weekly calendar
• Communicate with nannies and housekeepers as needed
• Making travel arrangements, including flights, hotel, dining and activities
• Booking appointments for the principal and her children
• Communicating and scheduling with vendors
• Managing household bill payments
• Helping principal buy gifts for family, friends, and teachers
• Hiring and directing other household staff
• Helping to organize occasional parties and events
• Overseeing the maintenance of the interior of the home
• Managing designated projects
• Organizing the home office and other areas of the home
• Errands
• Handling special projects such as helping an employer with a renovation or researching major purchases
• Helping principal and children stay organized
