Creative Couple in Brentwood seeks Stylish Organized and Positive Personal Assistant

We are looking for a personal assistant who can wear many hats for our busy clients! You will be supporting both the husband, and the wife for needs in the home, their personal lives and some adjacent business needs as they often work from home. We need someone who is equally excited to support a very creative minded person, and a very organized type A personality, who are both very kind people!

You love keeping track of updates on your to do list, are extremely tech savvy and take pride in your trouble shooting abilities, you love keeping a closest organized, packing/unpacking, suggest ways to travel more efficiently and finding hard to get gifts.

You will work closely with their Housekeeper, Nanny (who is full charge of the school aged children,) and an Executive Assistant in the husband’s office. You love Google Suite, all Apple products and keeping up with new technology. You are comfortable tracking expenses and reconciling credit card statements.

If you are an Executive Assistant who is craving to stop being tied to a desk and manage someone’s personal and home life, or if you’re an experienced Personal Assistant with tech skills, we are looking for you.

Most of all, a big heart, a positive attitude, and someone who truly enjoys helping people! You understand the small tasks are just as important as the big ones. Your friends might call you an organizational nerd, and you have always loved the part of your job where you are in charge of keeping a fashionable wardrobe organized year round. You love the challenge of prioritizing your time throughout the day and you live close enough to Brentwood where the commute won’t be tough after a few months.

This is an incredible schedule, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional overtime. You will be paid hourly, plus any OT and provided health insurance. Paid PTO 15 days a year, plus paid holidays as well. Rate is DOE, $40-50 an hour.

Please have a 4 door vehicle, with a sizable trunk, and be vaccinated for Covid.
