Creative Executive Assistant needed for A List Director and Producer

We are looking for an experienced, savvy, and hard working creative EA who has supported other comparable senior level positions. This director has multiple projects going on at the same time so your multitasking must be top notch – you are the gatekeeper for an incredibly busy A-lister. The current EA is being promoted and said this job is “like winning the assistant lottery.” You will work very hard with an incredible group of people who love what they do and feel excited to be there everyday.

We are looking for a great communicator, excellent writer, organized and intelligent EA. You will be working out of the production company office in West LA. You have must experience on a top-tier and extremely busy desk with the best follow through, anticipation and organizational skills. We are looking for 5+ years of experience.  Your understanding of the key players in entertainment in addition to the stages of development and production are imperative.
