Creative Loving Nanny needed for a DREAM Family in the Palisades to start mid August 2021

The kindest family in the Palisades needs an incredible nanny to help care for their toddler and two middle school aged children! Dad works full time and Mom works full time from home. They are looking for a responsible, communicative, warm, loving and experienced nanny to manage childcare during the day. This position focuses on the child, they have a housekeeper and do not need help with deep cleaning. We would love someone who is a great self starter, but also comfortable working closely with Mom as she is around and there to help split up the afternoon driving duties.

This family needs help Monday – Friday, 10am-6pm with occasional babysitting nights some overnights during the week. We would love someone who can be a little flexible if there a parent teacher conference or work meeting to come early or stay late. We would also love if you can go with the family on a ski trip once a year to watch the toddler! The ideal nanny will be flexible, has experience with multiple children, loves dogs (they have a sweet Corgi,) is a great driver and is very hands on with great energy as this toddler is active! You are the Nanny who can think of creative activities and love to keep the parents in the loop (Mom loves to get text updates during the day.)

You will have access to a family MiniVan (please be comfortable driving large vehicles.) Huge bonus if you are a great cook for children, or at least happy to make dinner and school lunches – basic healthy sandwiches and chopped veggies, etc!!

Their beloved Nanny is going back to Graduate School, and we would love to find her replacement with an August start!

This will be an hourly position ($35 AN HOUR) DOE + help to pay your health insurance!
