Darling principal seeking a part time housemanager in lovely San Francisco

This is the perfect job for you if you are looking for some part time work, 2 days a week- Monday and Thursday and passionate about being a housemanager for a lovely families second home. This family is bicoastal, they spend half their time in New York and the other half in San Francisco. While they are away they really want someone they trust that can take responsibility as a housemanager and also someone who is comfortable with some housekeeping tasks. You would be in charge of miscellaneous tasks around the house, organizing, cleaning out drawers, taking the garbage bins out weekly, collect mail, work with vendors, be able to drive over in case the alarm goes off unexpectedly, stock the fridge before the family arrives, and help with laundry tidying when the family is in town. This is a very low maintenance household and if you are trustworthy, have strong communication skills and a can-do-attitude, they would love to meet you. Salary is $50 -$60 an hour.
