We have a Luxury Estate who is looking for a strong operational leader to take the reins, front of house, from planning to execution. This person must take care of guests with discretion and poise and have the capability to share their talent and skill set with on call staff while ensuring consistency and the highest standards.
International experience in Europe an advantage, as service will be based off a European Style with discreet service, anticipating the guests every need before they do. This leader must embody the brand, style and sophistication comparable to The Four Seasons, Ritz, Rosewood properties. A shared passion for travel, wine, luxury, food and International experiences a must. The culture at Estate will be the predominant driver towards team, invited guests and the redefined guest experience, a new definition of hospitality. The Leaders past experiences will drive the talent and unique service experiences.
We are looking for someone who is bi lingual (Spanish, French preferred), lived in various countries and can bring culture to Northern California. Someone who has a degree in Hospitality Management is also preferred.
We are looking for a “unicorn” – someone who can manage a team, set up systems, research innovative ideas to bring to this guest Estate but who can also roll up their sleeves and put together the gym equipment, fill in if a housekeeper is sick, etc.
We realize that this is a TALL order, but it is also VERY exciting! You will be running an amazing property!
Salary is completely DOE.
