Director of properties is needed in Family Office in Newport Beach

We are looking for a loyal, smart, well educated Estate Manager in Newport Beach to work out of the family office alongside the CEO. This Director of Properties will be responsible for Principal’s multiple properties, planes and the yacht. Tasks Encompass but may not be limited to: • Complete oversight of principals’ homes and properties; maintaining consistency of standards, procedures and services. • Maintain and update all household manuals, policies and processes. • Interface with accountants, attorneys, curators, architects, financial advisors, vendors, all staff. Qualifications. Understand needed maintenace for high end properties, staffing for yachts, planes and homes, construction, as well as daily communication wth staff in all properties. The Estae Manager must possess a formal degree from a Universtiy, have at least 10 years of experience with like estates (and preferably yachts and planes).
