Down To Earth Experienced Career Personal Assistant needed for Activist and Creative

This kind human is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant, with Executive Assistant skills as well, to join his professional family. You will be working with a close knit team who loves what they do.

Seeking an assistant with at least 5+ years of High Profile Personal Assistant experience. This is a hybrid role – your day might vary from managing a busy schedule to coordinating travel or being on set, you might also take the dog to the vet or be coordinating with the kids school. A little bit of everything goes here and we are looking for someone with a flexible mindset who is excited to make this busy life run smoothly!

You will work across various locations, your own home office, your boss’ home, on set, and from your car when running errands. Please be able, and excited to travel for extended periods of time. Have your passport ready!

Please be tech savvy and able to organize Google Docs, trouble shoot if something isn’t syncing, coordinate calendars across various time zones, research and find hard to access gifts, multi city travel itineraries, and really anything that needs to get done. College graduates are important here as well, we would love someone intellectual who enjoys discussing a great book they just read or synthesizing what is happening in the world and stays current with the news.

We need a fantastic communicator who is just as effective in the spoken and written word. As you will be working partially remote, it is essential that your clear communication can represent your boss in a lovely and succinct way.

Finally, your new boss prioritizes giving back, and we are looking for a like minded PA who is passionate about philanthropy and enjoys being a PA because you truly care about taking care of people. You also love dogs and children and are Fully Vaccinated for Covid – this is a must!
