DREAM HYBRID CHEF HOUSE MANAGER PART TIME POSITION — East Coast Executive is moving to Bel Air and is in the market for a Chef who will do some House Management. The ideal candidate is a service oriented foodie who went to culinary school and has a good deal of experience in a private home. She expects to need 2-3 days per week — sometimes you make food and leave it in the warmer and sometimes you cook & serve. She’d also like help with things like meeting repairmen and overseeing home maintenance. She’s moving from a rental in BH to a new home in Bel Air, so there will be some small construction projects and interior design work happening as well. In the home, there’s our client, her adult daughter and one small dog. She would LOVE to find someone willing to dog-sit when she travels so if you are a Chef who has done some house mgmt. and admin. work AND loves dogs — we want to hear from you! This job is mostly dinner + some dinner parties and cocktail parties. They love health food — typically low-calorie but tasty — mostly fish and salad and veggies and some red meat — farm to table yummy farmers market California food. Both Mom & Daughter travel a good deal so there are weeks when you’ll be needed less, but this kind client is willing to guarantee a minimum amount of hours (guessing around 10 per week). She pays fully on the books and is warm, kind and wonderful. She shared that her E. Coast Chef/House Mgr. became “like family” — we’re hoping to find her a new family member.
