One of our kindest and most respectful clients is seeking a full-time Executive Houseman House Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain detailed maintenance spreadsheets and vendor contact lists
• Schedule and oversee all household repairs and services
• Supervise gardening staff, pool technician, and housekeepers
• Take full ownership of the home’s operations—alarms, WiFi, lighting systems, and more
• Service, clean, and manage three household vehicles
• Run errands and provide occasional driving for the Principals
• Maintain inventories and handle light handyman tasks as needed
• Assemble furniture and troubleshoot minor issues around the property
• Potential for international travel with the Principal
A background in construction or facilities management is a plus. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply invested in the care of the property. Ideally, you’re a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
This is an all-encompassing role, but not overwhelming—this is a supportive, loyal employer with long-standing staff. Expectations are broad but reasonable, and kindness is at the core of this household’s culture.
Requirements:

• Minimum of 7plus years of experience in private estates
• Excellent references and clean background check
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
