Entertainment Family looking for Estate Manager

This is a LIVE-OUT position. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, sorting mail, paying bills, dealing with vendors and construction crew-the house is under some construction and so some experience with remodel work would be a plus. We would love to find someone who has the knowledge of how to throw a dinner party and has some type of experience in event planning. You may be asked to help serve, place wine glasses in a formal setting and can ultimately throw an exquisite dinner party seamlessly. There will be smaller tasks asked of you as well: including stocking the home with anything from soap, and lining up toilet paper beautifully to buying fine wines.

We also want someone with management skills as you will be responsible for managing their household staff: 2 -3 housekeepers, 4 personal assistants, and one or 2 chefs. You may also need to correspond with the principal’s office, so someone who has great writing and verbal skills. The clients have other homes- an occasional travel and management to these estates is required.

As you can see, this is a Jack/Jane of All Trades position. ANYTHING GOES! So put your seat belt on and get ready for an exciting job of a lifetime!

You must have graduated from a 4 year, accredited university. If you do not have a college degree, please do not apply as education is highly valued in this household! Any grad school courses in Event Management/Planning, Human Resources,

You need to have thick skin and high energy .

5 days a week, hours are about 8a-8p, M-F but you will probably end up working 2 weekends a month or on call. There is also the potential to travel
